The task of CTMS modelling is akin to a traffic modelling task. The colon, if laid out, is a series of stations along which the markers pass.

We took the established method of reporting i.e. sectoral assessment as the gold standard.

Firstly, we used descriptive analysis to enumerate and visualise marker patterns and how the corresponded to the gold-standard method of reporting.

We then explored if other commonly used methods e.g. counting markers, proportion passed etc, could predict the gold-standard diagnostic outcome.

Lastly, we explored what new metrics could be developed with ability to correspond to and predict the gold-standard outcome.
